ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING

At D.L.S. Conformity Assessment, Inc., it is our goal to fill all of your testing needs at one location. Whether safety or performance-related, we are capable of performing a number of environmental exposures in-house. These include:
  • Oven conditioning (elevated temperatures)
  • Humidity conditioning
  • Low temperature conditioning
  • Temperature / humidity cycling

In conjunction with a partner lab, we can offer environmental exposures on a larger scale and greater variety. Many standards now require checks for normal or fail-safe operation following a variety of exposures including:
  • Mechanical shock
  • Thermal shock
  • Vibration (1, 2 or 3 plane)
  • Altitude
  • Salt spray
  • Chemical splash
