MIL-STD CONDUCTED EMISSIONS TESTING

Specific Conducted Emissions Requirements Mil-Std 461E

CE101 - Power Leads (30 Hz to 10 kHz)

This level of low frequency testing is most applicable to the following platforms:
Submarines
Army Aircraft (Includes Flight Line)
Navy Aircraft with Anti-Submarine Warfare

CE102 - Power Leads (10 kHz to 10 MHz)

Similar in test to CE101, but at a higher frequency. Additionally, this test has a much wider application and is required on the following platforms, systems, and subsystems:
Submarines
Army Aircraft (Includes Flight Line)
Navy Aircraft
Air Force Aircraft
Space Systems
Ground Systems and Equipment - Army
Ground Systems and Equipment - Navy
Ground Systems and Equipment - Air Force
Surface Ships

CE106 - Antenna Terminals (10 kHz to 40 GHz)

This testing is applicable to most antenna terminals if receivers, transmitters, and amplifiers, with an exception of equipment designed with a permanently mounted antenna to the equipment under test. It has been recently modified to include amplifiers.

This test has wide applicable and is required on:
Submarines
Army Aircraft (Includes Flight Line)
Navy Aircraft
Air Force Aircraft
Space systems
Ground Systems and Equipment - Army
Ground Systems and Equipment - Navy
Ground Systems and Equipment - Air Force
