		EMC FACILITIES IN WHEELING, ILLINOIS


			The Wheeling, IL facility is the home of 9 shield rooms for immunity testing and 2 rooms for 3 meter emission testing. The rooms are capable of supplying three phase 100 amp power up to 480 volts. A three phase 50 Hz generator is available for the European testing.







			The two emission rooms are completely lined with ferrite tile. This allows the rooms to meet the site attenuation requirements. The antenna mast and turntable are controlled remotely on the outside of the room. Three phase 100 amp LISN's are available for conducted emission testing.


			50 Hz power is available up to 400 volts, 100 amps three phase and 60 Hz to 480 volts. Each of the rooms can be connected to whatever voltage the client may need.



			Immunity testing is performed in one of many screen rooms similar to the one shown above. Filtered connectors are available for auxiliary equipment that may need to be on the outside of the test chamber.
